PerformCare

As parents, we know that behavioral difficulties and emotional outbursts do not occur strictly during business hours, when a counselor or doctor is a simple phone call away. Frequently, significant behavioral or emotional situations may occur outside the general work day. To address the needs of families during these times, PerformCare offers intervention and assistance 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. PerformCare provides assistance in finding wrap-around services that will meet the needs of your child. By providing linkages to outside service agencies, PerformCare takes a tedious and time-consuming step in obtaining help for your child off of your hands.PerformCare offers in-home assistance or guidance by phone for your emotional or behavioral questions and concerns. With services ranging from mobile response and stabilization to family systems therapy to assistance with finding services for individuals with developmental disabilities, PerformCare provides a managed care program for individuals between the ages of 5-21.

Daytop NJ

For many teens today, balancing the requirements of school, friendships, and home life can be a difficult task. In some instances, these individuals may, unfortunately, turn to drugs or alcohol to help cope with the stresses of everyday life. Sadly, many of these individuals may also be struggling with illnesses such as depression or anxiety in addition to their addiction. For these individuals, their families, and for the benefit of their future, Daytop NJ offers programs to help. Based upon level of need, Daytop is able to offer intensive inpatient, intensive outpatient, or outpatient services for individuals struggling with emotional difficulties and addiction issues. As important as the services to these individuals may be, Daytop also offers services for family members who are dealing with loved ones in this position. Because the program is specific to teens, Daytop is able to tailor interventions and counseling services directly to the needs of this population rather than relying on general models of counseling and therapy. The structure and style of these interventions offer promise to individuals and families dealing with not only chemical addictions, but emotional difficulties as well.
